I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

I decided to bandage my wrist with whatever I found.

It helps with the pain when im typing or using mouse.

Because the speed is super fun, and I got nothing else to do.

Presentation of my thesis proposal is over, I decided to post about my industrial training.

We were sent to different places under the subject of Occupational Safety and Health.

I got lucky, I was sent to Majlis Ekuin Malaysia(MEM), to observe and actually experience the work in equine industry.

So, there were 6 of us. MEM sent us to different places each week.

The first week, - Unit Berkuda DBKL, Tmn Tasik Titiwangsa

So here, we learned everything about horse management 101. From stable management,grooming,riding to putting on a horseshoe.

It was fun. SUMPAH!!!!

The second week, we were assigned to Riding School, Selangor Turf Club.

SUMPAH TAK SERONOK!!!

Personally, I think they didnt care much about the horses, and dont let me start on the equipments they used for grooming the horse.

Most important thing is, dekat sini, kaw2 kena buli!

SHIT!

Stable boy tengah nak buli kami la tu.

The only interesting part is, the coaches here were actually not that bad. (Mark my word : STABLE BOY only)

We got the opportunities to actually ride a horse. Bukan joy ride tau, ni real ride punya.

Well, its actually harder than it looks.

Seriously!

That's my coach. His name is Zainal, but he asked us to call him Uncle Jo.

I dont know why. haha

Since stable boy suka buli kami, we always came out with excuse to walk around the area and not going inside the stable.

The scenery was breathtaking. OMG!

So, we camwhore. A lot!

The third week, we were sent to MAFEC, TUDM Sg Besi.

MAFEC stands for Malaysia Armed Forces Equestrian Centre.geddit?

So, during this week, we need to organize an event called Riding for Disabled-inhouse Competition.

It was basically an annual event where this special kids around KL/Selangor came and have some fun.

Well, kadang2 kami buat perangai jugak.One day we sneaked out early for lunch. We went to MIHAS. Haha. MIHAS sumpah best!

Since, everyday balik from MAFEC kene go through Istana Negara.. and setiap kali balik jugak lah, my friend Ili akan wondering

"Eh pengawal istana tu memang tak gerak ke?"

"Eh kalau kita cakap dengan die, die reply tak?"

"Eh kalau kita hulur makanan, dia amik tak?"

So, we figured, kasi can laa kat Ili solving her puzzle.

On our last day at MAFEC, we stopped at Istana Negara.

And yes Ili, diorang boleh cakap. Tapi tak boleh bukak mulut, keluar suara je. Tu pun slow.

And kenapa kau tak test hulur makanan kat dia?LOL

Then, we came back to MEM and did a presentation on our 3weeks findings.

When everything is finally over, all I need is a nice weekend with wonderful people.

Its been a while. I haven’t posted any entries like months.

So many things I wanna drop here.

1. I moved into my new house.

Nah, I don’t like my new home. Its at the 10^th floor.

I know! Rendah gila kan? Saya gayat, tolong!! God, I really miss my old ohh-so-awesome-at-20^th-floor house.

Well, this time, I took the single room.I got new housemates plus Im in final year. So, Iam so sick with this whole Hi-my-name-is-vye-you? bullshit. Biarlah, kera sumbang pun, tak pelik.Kalau pelik pun,apa kau peduli?

2. Ran a marathon

It supposed to be a fun run with girlfriends. Turned out, only I and Dyla did the run. The run was so awesome and the both of us decided to run another marathon on August.

3. Climbed up a hill

4. Having fun with girlfriends that don’t require shopping malls.

We were so sick of meeting at shopping malls. Because it is middle of the year, the sale is everywhere and most of us are broke. I feel sick step into shopping malls.

So, we did many things which we all later realized that shopping mall isn’t fun afterall. There are so many things out there that we never explore.

BOREDOM KILLS

I went back to KL, got class for a week. Class started on Monday 3rdMay,so I got back few days earlier for Iron Man 2. Of course I didn’t wanna watch it at Ipoh. Those people are ridiculous, they talk and tell stupid jokes inside cinema and they laugh over something that is not funny. They act like a bunch of giraffes. Yeah whatever, I don’t care.

By the way, Iron Man 2 is awesome and Kick Ass is really kicking ass. And Jonathan Groff is gay. I know, it kills me!

Before the class started,I went out like everyday with my friends. But still, I just have nothing to do.

I finished watching 2seasons of Scrubs. And watched Ugly Betty +Grey’s Anatomy+ House. Then I listened to country songs, they make me feel like a rockstar. Watched a couple episodes of How I met Your Mother, then I get bored, watched Scrubs again. Never get tired of it. Then back-to-back playing Glee songs, sing my heart out, dance my crap out. Watched some movies Myra gave me – The BackUp Plan (Don’t watch it if you dont have the whole ideas of American Dream, having family and kids. No, don’t watch it. Its creepy.) Then, when I reached the point I just don’t know what to do, I lie down, watch the fan and ceiling.

For only 3days of wandering around I started to miss my back-home daily routine. Wake up and skype-d by Dyla “ weh kau tido lagi ke?? Bangun la. Aku dah ngantuk ni”. Chat, share some stupid Wikipedia info or we just video chatting, singing Glee songs together.

Then,hit the gym, get back home, watch Oprah, watch CSI’s . Sleep throughout the day, pick up mommy from work, waste some time, watch Oprah, and watch some Scrubs and sleep. I know, its boring. Who cares, I loved it anyway.

Yes, I have reached the point I reach out my Pathology book and study. What was I doing? Exam is over, and yet there I was studying the freaking Pathology. Boredom not only kills, it turns you psychotic!

And I thank God, I safely reached Ipoh tonight. Ohh I miss cyber world. Lots of catch up gotta do. And I can get back of my ol dull daily routine.
